Now in our second year, Totally Tubular Festival is the go to festival series for 80s themed bops and the genres of a simpler time, and also to find new acts in the synth pop and New Wave music scene. The festie offers a retro flashback of what music was like four decades ago, and gives every music listener a space to enjoy their favorite bops and be free to express themselves. Everyone on the festival line up was a band created in the 80s, many of whom had a number one hit in that time period - like veteran emcees The Escape Club, who hit number 1 on the charts with their single Wild, Wild West in 1988. Top that with performances from the legendary Right Said Fred (who’s hit single “I’m too sexy” dominated the US charts) and Haircut 100, and this event is destined to be a nostalgic and gnarly time.
