Scotty McCreery of Garner, North Carolina, was crowned the youngest male American Idol winner in Season 10 of the reality TV competition in 2011. A platinum recording artist, his debut album Clear as Day entered the Billboard 200 Chart at number one and he has continued to thrive in the country music genre with his more recent album Rise & Fall released in 2024. He also will sing some of his other favorite songs as See You Tonight, You Time and Cab in a Solo.
In addition to the huge success of his albums and songs, McCreery joined the Grand Ole Opry in 2024. He has won a number of awards including the American Country Awards’ (ACA) Best New Artist (2011) and the Academy of Country Music Awards’ (ACM) Best New Artist (2012) as well as Breakthrough Video of the Year at the 2012 CMT Music Awards.
