Chelsea Handler

Grammy-nominated comedian, TV host, and best-selling author CHELSEA HANDLER is extending her global LITTLE BIG B*TCH TOUR across North America. Part of the iconic comic's new roster of shows includes a stop at MGM Grand Theater at Foxwoods on Saturday, September 7. Produced by Live Nation, the massive tour is Handler's latest big stage comeback, showcasing the people who turned her into the woman she is today. As her coming-of-age story takes centerstage, she's ready to make her story shine and send us into hysterical laughter in between. If there's one thing that describes her comedy acts, it's the honesty through it all. Though there's always an element of exaggeration to be expected in the industry, her stories told in her books and stand-up performances are 100% the real deal. On stage and in real life, she's the real deal. Don't miss out on Chelsea Handler's live stage extravaganza by booking those tickets now!

American stand-up comedian, actress, TV host, writer, and producer, CHELSEA HANDLER is one of the world's beloved women in comedy. As one of the most celebrated voices in today's entertainment and pop culture scene, her honest humor and advocacies propelled her to become one of the most sought-after personalities in the scene. As a six-time New York Times best-selling author, her books "My Horizontal Life: A Collection of One-Night Stands", "Are You There, Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea", "Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang", and so forth became instant best sellers for hot takes and juicy narrations of her life.

This time, at her very own LITTLE BIG B*TCH TOUR, she's taking the people and life stories she's encountered, that shaped who she is today, to centerstage. Handler is pulling back the curtain, taking the spotlight on her childhood days. "It’s more like my childhood story and my coming-of-age story to explain to people that this didn’t just happen. I didn’t become this person. I was born this way, and it’s not my fault," she told Breanna Mona of The News-Herald.

Initially wanting to become rich at a young age, she hustled and turned into a businesswoman early on, which she actually meant having her own babysitting company at age 10, "posing as a 15-year-old, babysitting for children that were older than me."

One thing about Handler's work is everything's built on real-life stories. Sure, the industry is saturated with made-up tales and exaggeration here and there, but Chelsea believes that the key to her success is the authenticity of the tales she's shared. "There’s always an element of exaggeration, but … I mean, the stories I’ve told in my books and my stand-up are so outlandish because they’re true. Of course, everyone exaggerates for a punchline here or there. But I take issue with completely making up scenarios that never happened to you," she told The News-Herald.

Her tour's poster features a childhood photo of her, and she's shared that at the start of the show, people are in to see a slideshow of her childhood days. "By the time I was 7, I was like 35." She's always had a vision since she was a young girl, to be generous and kind no matter who she becomes. Performing for thousands of people around the globe, spreading joy and laughter brings her fulfillment in life.

Chelsea Handler is widely known for her late-night talk show "Chelsea Lately" on the E! network from 2007 to 2014.
